SK/MIC-600-H2-Y/10% on-line hydrogen detector is a fixed installation flammable gas monitor of SKYEAGLEE brand. The product adopts Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall flameproof (d) structure. The standard configuration includes point array LCD liquid crystal display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can provide customized modules such as programmable switch output according to user request. Principle
The on-line hydrogen detector adopts the Sensor of thermal conductivity principle to detect the hydrogen concentration through fixed continuous working mode. Sampling method can choose diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type or pump type. The detector converts the gas concentration signal into 4-20mA current signal and RS485 digital signal output, and can display real-time concentration through point array LCD.

Steps
Installation and wiring: Install according to the electrical wiring definition diagram, connect the three-core cable (single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm, Shielding cable is recommended), Operating voltage is DC12~ 30V.
2. Power on start: Turn on the power supply, and the detector starts and displays.
3. calibrate and settings: users can enter the menu through the 3 buttons on the instrument to perform operations such as zero point, full scale calibrate and alarm point setting.
4. Operation monitoring: The detector starts to continuously monitor the hydrogen concentration, and outputs data through LCD display, 4-20mA signal and RS485 signal.
5. Alarm Response: When the concentration exceeds the set alarm point, the 2-way passive node signal output triggers the alarm.
Notice
* Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity range is 10% RH~ 90% RH (no condensation), absolute pressure is 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
* Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
* It is recommended to use Shielding cable for connecting cables, with a single wire diameter of not less than 1.5mm and a connection distance of not more than 1000 meters.
* This product is explosion-proof equipment, with the explosion-proof mark ExdIICT6. Installation and use must meet explosion-proof requirements.
* Protection Rating is IP66, but the installation still needs to be careful to avoid long-term exposure to extreme humidity or dust environment.
* When calibrating, use the appropriate standard gas and follow the operating instructions strictly.
