Overview
SK/MIC-600-H2-Y/30% On-line Hydrogen Detector is a flammable gas monitor with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology, integral flameproof (d) structure, and fixed Installation method. The standard configuration is a lattice LCD liquid crystal display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, optional configuration for programmable switch output and other modules, support Output signal fine-tuning and other functions, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of thermal conductivity Sensor, through the diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type or pump type Sampling method, the hydrogen concentration in the environment is continuously detected, and the concentration signal is converted into 4-20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal output.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (DC12~ 30V) and the signal output cable (three-core cable, single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm).
2. Install the detector in the area to be tested to ensure that the Sampling method (diffusion type, pipeline type, etc.) meets the working conditions.
3. After power on, confirm the device startup and reading through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the device to calibrate the full software.
5. According to the requirements, the alarm point is set through the system, and the alarm signal is output through 2 passive nodes.
Notice
- Please select the model according to the actual working conditions, the information is for reference only.
- Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity is 10% RH~ 90% RH without condensation.
The absolute pressure is in the range of 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
- It is recommended to choose Shielding cable for the connection cable, and the connection distance should be ≤ 1000 meters.
Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
Equipment is flameproof, and installation and operation must comply with explosion-proof requirements.
- Impacts of high concentration gases are avoided, and the equipment has an automatic protection function, but it is still necessary to pay attention to the Operating Environment.
