Overview
SK/MIC-600-H2-Y/100% online hydrogen detector is a fixed installation flammable gas monitor of SKYEAGLEE brand. The product adopts Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall flameproof (d) structure. The standard configuration includes point array LCD liquid crystal display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can customize programmable switching volume output and other modules according to user request. Output signal fine-tuning is supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The on-line gas concentration detector adopts the Sensor of thermal conductivity principle to continuously monitor hydrogen through diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump-suction Sampling methods. The detected gas concentration signal is processed and converted into a standard 4-20mA current signal and RS485 digital signal output, which can be displayed on the LCD screen.

Steps
1. Wire the equipment according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. Connect DC12~ 30V Power Supply.
3. After the device is powered on, observe the display status through the point matrix LCD LCD screen.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the instrument to operate.
5. According to requirements, set parameters such as alarm points in the Control system (such as PLC, computer).

* Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity is 10% RH~ 90% RH without condensation.
The working absolute pressure range is 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
* It is recommended to choose a single three-core Shielding cable with a diameter of ≥ 1.5mm for the connection cable.
The maximum connection distance is ≤ 1000 meters.
* Sensor life is approximately 2 years.
