Overview
SK/MIC-600-HF-Y/10 online hydrogen fluoride detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitor of SKYEAGLEE brand with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall flameproof (d) structure. The instrument standard configuration has dot matrix LCD liquid crystal display, supports three-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can provide customized modules such as programmable switch output according to user request, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the Sensor of electrochemistry principle to continuously monitor the concentration of hydrogen fluoride (HF) in the environment through Sampling methods such as diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type or pump type. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by the internal circuit, and outputs a 4-20mA current signal or an RS485 digital signal.

Steps
1. Wire the equipment according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. Connect DC12~ 30V Power Supply.
3. After the instrument is powered on, the reading is observed through the point array LCD LCD screen.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the device, and follow the prompts to calibrate the zero point and range.
5. According to requirements, configure alarm points and Output signals through the settings menu.
