Overview
SK/MIC-600-O3-Y/20 online ozone detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitoring equipment of SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall flameproof (d) structure. The standard configuration includes point matrix LCD liquid crystal display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can customize programmable switch output and other modules according to user request. Output signal fine-tuning is supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The on-line ozone detector adopts the Sensor of electrochemistry principle to continuously monitor the ozone (O3) gas concentration in the environment through Sampling methods such as diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump suction. The detected concentration signal is processed and converted into a standard 4-20mA current signal and RS485 digital signal output.

Steps
1. Wire the equipment according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. Connect DC12~ 30V Power Supply.
3. After the instrument is powered on, confirm the device status through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the device to operate.
5. According to actual needs, set parameters such as alarm points in the Control system (such as PLC or computer).

* Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity is 10% RH~ 90% RH (no condensation).
The working pressure is 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
It is recommended to use a three-core Shielding cable with a single wire diameter of ≥ 1.5mm for connection, with a maximum connection distance of ≤ 1000 meters.
* Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
* Equipment Protection Rating is IP66, and it is necessary to ensure that it meets the explosion-proof requirements (explosion-proof mark: ExdIICT6) when installing.
