Overview
SK/MIC-600-CO2-Y/100% online carbon dioxide detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitoring equipment of SKYEAGLEE brand. The product adopts Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology, and the whole is explosion-proof (d) structure. Standard configuration includes LCD with dot matrix, 3-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can customize programmable switch output and other modules according to user request, support Output signal fine-tuning, easy system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the Sensor of electrochemistry principle to continuously monitor the concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the environment through the Sampling method of diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump suction. The detected concentration signal is processed and converted into 4-20mA current signal and RS485 digital signal output, which can be displayed in real time through the LCD display screen.

Steps
1. Installation: Wire according to the electrical wiring definition diagram. Shielding cable is recommended for connecting cables, with a single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm.
2. Power supply: Access DC12~ 30V Operating voltage.
3. Debugging and calibration: refer to the debugging calibration diagram, and calibrate the full software through the 3 buttons on the equipment. Users can set the zero point, full scale and alarm point by themselves.
4. Setting of signal output: 4-20mA Analog Output, RS485 digital output or programmable switch output according to requirements.
5. System networking: Output signal fine-tuning function is used to facilitate access to PLC, computer and other Control systems.
