Overview
SK/MIC-600-VOC-Y/2 online VOC detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitoring equipment of SKYEAGLEE brand. The product adopts Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall flameproof (d) structure, standard configuration with dot matrix LCD display, supports three-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can customize programmable switch output and other modules according to user request, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector uses the principle of electrochemistry to detect VOC gases. The working mode is fixed continuous work, and the gas concentration signal can be converted into 4-20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal output through various methods such as diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump suction sampling.

Steps
1. Wire the equipment according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. After power on, the device enters the working state, and the real-time concentration can be viewed through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display.
3. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the three buttons on the device, and follow the prompts to calibrate at zero or full scale.
4. According to actual needs, set parameters such as alarm points through the system.
Notice
• Please select according to the actual working conditions, the information is for reference only.
• Working Ambient Temperature is usually -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity is 10% RH~ 90% RH without condensation, Absolute pressure is 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
• It is recommended to use Shielding cable, the connecting cable is a three-core cable with a single wire diameter of ≥ 1.5mm.
• The maximum connection distance should be ≤ 1000 meters.
• Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
Equipment Protection Rating is IP66, but care should be taken to avoid extreme environments when installing.
• Alarm point can be set as needed, output 2 passive node signal.
