Overview
SK/MIC-600 online VOC detector is a flammable gas monitor with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, and fixed Installation method. The standard configuration is LCD with dot matrix, 3-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, optional configuration is programmable switch output module, supports Outsignal put fine adjustment and other functions, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of PID photoion detection, and detects VOC gas through fixed continuous working mode. It supports various working modes such as diffusion type, pipeline type, circulation type, and pump suction type.

Steps
1. Wire according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. After power on, calibrate and set parameters through the three buttons on the device.
3. According to actual needs, set parameters such as alarm points through buttons.
Notice
• Working Ambient Temperature is usually -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity 10% RH~ 90% RH without condensation, Absolute pressure is 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
• It is recommended to choose Shielding cable for connecting cable, with a single wire diameter of ≥ 1.5mm and a connection distance of ≤ 1000m.
• Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
