Overview
SK/MIC-600-VOC-Y/5000 online VOC detector is a fixed-mounted flammable gas monitor with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall flameproof (d) structure under SKYEAGLEE brand. Standard configuration includes point matrix LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, optional programmable switch output and other modules, support customized products and Output signal fine-tuning, easy system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of PID photoion detection to monitor VOC gas through fixed and continuous working mode. The working mode includes diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type and pump suction type, which can detect gas concentration in real time and convert it into electrical signal output.

Steps
1. Connect the cable according to the electrical wiring definition diagram (three-core cable, single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm, Shielding cable is recommended).
2. Turn on DC12~ 30V Operating voltage.
3. View the detection data through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display interface.
4. Use 3 buttons for full software calibrating (including zero and full scale calibrating).
5. Set the alarm point as needed, and use 2 passive node signal output alarm.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature is usually -20 ℃~ 50 ℃ (special requirements up to -40 ℃~ + 70 ℃), relative humidity ≤ 90% RH, absolute pressure in the range of 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
The connection distance should be 1000 meters to ensure stable signal transmission.
• Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
• When installing, ensure that the explosion-proof form (Probe transmitter and Sensor are flameproof) meets the requirements of dangerous places.
• When selecting the model, please refer to the list of application sites according to the actual working conditions to ensure the applicability of the equipment.
