Overview
SK/MIC-600-VOC-Y/10000 online VOC detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitoring device of SKYEAGLEE brand. It adopts Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall flameproof (d) structure. Standard configuration includes point matrix LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can customize programmable switch output and other modules. Output signal fine-tuning is supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector uses the principle of PID (photoionization) detection to detect VOC gases. The working mode is fixed continuous operation, and you can choose diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump suction. When the VOC gas in the environment comes into contact with the Sensor, the Sensor generates an electrical signal, which is processed and converted into a concentration reading and output through a 4-20mA current signal or an RS485 digital signal.

Steps
1. Wire the equipment according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. Connect DC12~ 30V Power Supply.
3. After the device is powered on, observe the reading through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the three buttons of the instrument to operate.
5. Set the alarm point in the Control system (such as PLC or computer).

• Working Ambient Temperature is usually -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃ (special requirements can reach -40 ℃~ + 70 ℃), Humidity is 10% RH~ 90% RH without condensation.
• Protection Rating IP66 for outdoor or harsh environments.
• It is recommended to choose a single three-core Shielding cable with a diameter of ≥ 1.5mm for the connection cable, and the maximum connection distance is ≤ 1000 meters.
• Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
• This product is an explosion-proof equipment with an Explosion-proof level of ExdIICT6. Please install and use it in dangerous places as required.
