Principle
The detector adopts the Sensor of electrochemistry principle to continuously monitor the concentration of formaldehyde (CH2O) in the environment through Sampling methods such as diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type or pump type. The detected concentration signal is processed and converted into a standard current signal (4-20mA) or a digital signal output.

Steps
1. Wire according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. Connect DC12~ 30V Power Supply.
3. After the instrument is powered on, the reading is observed through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the instrument to operate.
5. Set the alarm point according to the requirements, and the alarm signal is output through 2 passive nodes.
Notice
• Operating ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity range is 10% RH~ 90% RH (no condensation).
• Absolute pressure should be within the range of 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
• It is recommended to use a single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm three-core Shielding cable for connection, with a maximum connection distance of ≤ 1000m.
• Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
• Installation and operation must comply with explosion-proof requirements, and the explosion-proof mark is ExdIICT6.
