Overview
SK/MIC-600-CH2O-Y/100 online Formaldehyde detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitoring device of SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts Modular design, with intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall explosion-proof (d) structure. The standard configuration includes point array LCD liquid crystal display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog signal and RS485 digital signal output, and can customize programmable switching volume output and other modules according to user request. Output signal fine-tuning is supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the Sensor of electrochemistry principle to continuously monitor formaldehyde (CH2O) gas in the environment through Sampling methods such as diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump suction. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by the internal circuit and outputs 4-20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal. The concentration value can be displayed in real time through the LCD display screen.

Steps
1. Installation and wiring: Install according to the electrical wiring definition diagram, connect the power supply (DC12~ 30V) and the signal output cable (three-core cable, single wire diameter ☺ 1.5mm, Shielding cable is recommended).
2. Power on start: turn on the power supply, and the device will self-test when powered on.
3. Calibrate: Enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the device, and use the standard gas to calibrate the zero point and range.
4. Parameter setting: Set parameters such as alarm points as needed.
5. Operation monitoring: The device starts to continuously monitor and display formaldehyde concentration and output corresponding signals.
Notice
• Please select according to the actual working conditions, the information is for reference only.
• Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity is 10% RH~ 90% RH without condensation.
• The working absolute pressure is 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
• Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
• It is recommended to use Shielding cable for connecting cables, with a single wire diameter of not less than 1.5mm and a connection distance of not more than 1000 meters.
• The equipment has explosion-proof function, and the explosion-proof mark is ExdIICT6. Installation and operation must comply with relevant explosion-proof safety specifications.
• Avoid high concentration gas long-term Impact Sensor, the device has automatic protection function, but still need to be used reasonably.
• Use qualified standard gas when calibrating and follow the operating instructions.
