SK/MIC-600-CH2O-Y/1000 online Formaldehyde detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitoring equipment of SKYEAGLEE brand. The product adopts Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology, and the whole is explosion-proof (d) structure. Standard configuration includes point array LCD liquid crystal display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can customize programmable switch output and other modules according to user request, support Output signal fine-tuning, easy system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The on-line gas concentration detector adopts the Sensor of electrochemistry principle to continuously monitor specific gases (such as formaldehyde) in the environment through Sampling methods such as diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump suction. The Sensor converts the gas concentration into an electrical signal, which is processed by the internal circuit, and finally outputs a 4-20mA analog signal or RS485 digital signal, and can display the concentration value in real time through the LCD display screen.

Steps
1. Wire the equipment according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. Connect DC12~ 30V Power Supply.
3. After the device is powered on, confirm the device status through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the device, and follow the prompts to calibrate the zero point and range.
5. According to actual needs, set parameters such as alarm points through Control system (such as PLC or computer).
6. The equipment starts continuous monitoring to observe whether the Output signal and display value are normal.
Notice
Installation and maintenance must be carried out by professionals.
* Please ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is between -20 ° C and 50 ° C, Humidity does not exceed 90% RH and no condensation.
* The absolute pressure of the working environment should be within the range of 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
It is recommended to use a single Shielding cable with a diameter of not less than 1.5mm for connection cables, and the connection distance should not exceed 1000 meters.
Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular inspection and replacement.
Equipment is marked ExdIICT6 with explosion protection, but it is still necessary to strictly adhere to the safety regulations of relevant hazardous locations when installing and using it.
