AISRY ASR-6820 Ring Tack Tester is a compact and delicate test equipment, mainly used for accurate measurement of the initial adhesion of various products such as tapes and gluing agents. Principle
The working principle of the annular initial Tack tester is to completely contact the annular sample with the standard float test plate at a constant speed of 300mm/min, and then the instrument automatically reverses the annular sample and the test plate at a constant speed of 300mm/min. During this process, the instrument measures and records the maximum force generated by the separation, which is the annular initial adhesion of the tested sample.

Steps
Prepare a 125 * 25mm annular specimen and a 100 * 25 * 2mm test plate.
2. Place the specimen in full contact with the test plate at a constant speed of 300mm/min.
The instrument automatically separates the specimen from the test plate at a constant speed of 300mm/min.
4. The instrument records the maximum tensile force generated during the separation process and the manner in which the sample is destroyed.
