Overview
SK/MIC-800-CO-Y/500 is a Portable carbon monoxide detector under the SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts pump-suction detection method, equipped with imported High Accuracy Electrochemical sensor, combined with professional circuit design to ensure fast, accurate and stable detection. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT display, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has powerful Data storage and transmission functions, suitable for gas concentration monitoring and alarm in various environments.

Principle
The detector works based on the principle of Electrochemical sensor. The built-in micro-sampling pump sucks the environment gas into the detection gas chamber, and the carbon monoxide molecules in the gas undergo oxidation and reduction reactions on the Sensor's working Electrode, generating an electrical signal proportional to the gas concentration. After the signal is amplified by a high Accuracy, low temperature drift amplifier and a stable power supply circuit, it is analyzed and calculated by a 32-bit ARM processor. Finally, the carbon monoxide concentration value is displayed on the screen in real time, and an alarm is triggered when the concentration exceeds the standard.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on and wait about 30 seconds for the warm-up to complete.
2. Select detection mode: Select "normal detection mode" or "patrol mode" through the menu.
3. Set the sampling pump gear: according to the detection needs, select the low, medium or high Sampling flow rate.
4. Detection: The sampling tube is inserted into the area to be measured, and the instrument will display the gas concentration in real time.
5. Data viewing and export: View historical data through the menu, or use a USB cable to connect to a computer to export data.
6. Calibration and settings: Regularly perform zero or multi-point calibration through the menu, and can enter the settings menu to adjust function parameters such as alarm values.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ° C) and Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation).
• Avoid strong impacts or drops on the instrument to prevent damage to the Sensor or housing.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure detection accuracy, and the instrument will prompt when the Sensor calibration expires or fails.
• The instrument is certified explosion-proof, but it is still necessary to avoid disassembly or repair in hazardous locations beyond the explosion-proof level.
• After use, it is recommended to run the automatic cleaning function of the instrument to keep the air path clean.
When charging or transferring data, make sure to do so in a safe area.
• When the instrument reading is abnormal or the alarm function fails, it should be stopped immediately and checked.
