SK/MIC-800-CO-Y/1500 is a Portable carbon monoxide detector of SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts pump-suction detection mode, applies EFM ultra-low power consumption 32-bit ARM processor and professional imported Electrochemical sensor, combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit, to ensure fast, accurate, stable and good Repeatability of detection. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT screen, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has various functions such as Data storage, USB data transmission, self-calibration, temperature and pressure compensation.

Principle
The Portable carbon monoxide detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, which draws environment gases into the interior of the instrument through a built-in micro-sampling pump. The gas comes into contact with the built-in imported Electrochemical sensor, which generates a corresponding electrical signal based on the carbon monoxide concentration. The signal is amplified and processed by a High Accuracy cryogenic drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit. Finally, the EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM-based processor calculates and displays the real-time concentration value of carbon monoxide. The instrument features temperature and pressure compensation to correct for the impact of different environmental conditions on the measurement results.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select detection mode: Select "normal detection mode" or "patrol mode" through the menu.
3. Set the sampling pump gear: Select the low, medium or high Sampling flow rate as needed.
4. Detection: Place the sampling tube in the area to be tested, and the instrument will display the carbon monoxide concentration in real time.
5. Data viewing and export: You can view historical data through the menu, or connect to a computer through the USB interface to export data.
6. Calibration and settings: zero-point calibration, multi-point calibration or parameter settings (such as alarm value, STEL/TWA) through the menu.
7. Shutdown: Long press the power button to shut down.
Notice
Make sure the instrument is fully charged before use.
• Please use it within the valid period of instrument calibration and calibrate it regularly.
• Avoid prolonged use in extreme temperatures (below -30 ° C or above 50 ° C) or high Humidity (condensation) environments.
• When sampling, make sure that the sampling tube is unobstructed and not blocked.
• The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof, but do not disassemble or repair it in hazardous locations beyond the Explosion-proof level.
• When exporting data, please use the matching data cable and software.
• If the instrument prompts failure or Sensor failure, please contact a professional in time.
• When storing, please place in a drying and cool place away from direct sunlight.
This instrument is designed to detect carbon monoxide (CO). Do not use it to detect Miscellaneous gases.
