Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-CO-Y/20000 Portable Carbon Monoxide Detector is a Handheld Gas detection device. The instrument uses imported Electrochemical sensors, combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifiers and stable power processing circuits to ensure fast detection, accurate measurement, stability and Repeatability. Equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT screen, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, built-in micro sampling pump, adopts pump suction detection method, suitable for gas concentration monitoring and alarm in various environments.

Principle
The detector works based on the principle of Electrochemical sensor. The Sensor detects carbon monoxide gas in the environment and generates an electrical signal proportional to the gas concentration. The signal is amplified by the built-in High Accuracy and Low Temperature Drift Amplifier, and then the signal stability is ensured by the stable power supply circuit. Finally, the 32-bit ARM processor performs arithmetic analysis, and the results are displayed on the screen in real time, and an alarm is triggered when the concentration exceeds the standard. The built-in micro-sampling pump actively sucks the gas to be tested into the detection gas path for analysis.

Steps
1. Turn on and warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select detection mode (usually detection mode or patrol mode) through the graphical menu.
3. Adjust the sampling pump gear (low, medium and high) as needed.
4. Extend the sampling tube into the area to be measured, and the instrument starts to detect and display the concentration value in real time.
5. You can perform zero-point calibration, multi-point calibration or view historical data through the menu.
6. Use the USB port to connect to the computer and download or print the stored data.
7. After use, you can use the pump's cleaning function to clean the air circuit and then shut down.
Notice
• Please use within the valid period of instrument calibration and calibrate regularly.
• Avoid long-term operation in extreme temperatures (below -30 ° C or above 50 ° C) or high Humidity condensing environments.
• Pay attention to the Operating Pressure Range of the instrument (86~ 106kpa) and avoid using it in an environment with abnormal air pressure.
• Although the instrument is waterproof and dustproof, it should still be avoided from long-term immersion or exposure to a large amount of dust.
• When using in explosion-proof areas, it is necessary to strictly abide by relevant safety regulations and do not disassemble the instrument in dangerous places.
Sensors have a lifespan of about 3 years and need to be replaced when they expire or fail.
• Before performing operations such as calibration or factory reset, please confirm that the environment is safe and understand the meaning of the operation.
