SK/MIC-800-CO-Y/5% is a Portable carbon monoxide detector of SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts EFM ultra-low power consumption 32-bit ARM processor and imported catalytic combustion Sensor, combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power supply processing circuit, to ensure fast detection, accurate, stable and Repeatability. Equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT screen, supports Chinese and English graphical menu operation, and has a user-friendly interface.

Principle
The detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the gas circuit through the built-in micro-sampling pump. The gas contacts the imported catalytic combustion Sensor inside the instrument, which converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is amplified and processed by a High Accuracy cryogenic drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit, and finally the EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM processor calculates and displays the carbon monoxide concentration value. The instrument has temperature and pressure compensation functions to adapt to accurate measurement in different environments.

Steps
1. Turn on and warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select the detection mode (usually detection mode or patrol mode) as needed.
3. Set alarm parameters, STEL/TWA and other parameters through the menu (if necessary).
4. Place the sampling tube in the area to be tested, and the instrument passes the built-in pump suction sampling.
5. Read real-time concentration, MAX Maximum, STEL, TWA and other data through the screen.
6. Connect to the computer using the USB interface to download the stored data.
Notice
* Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ° C) and Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation).
* The Explosion-proof level of the instrument is Exia II CT4, please use it when it meets the Explosion-proof level.
* Pay attention to the service life of the Sensor (about 3 years), and calibrate or replace it in time.
Please ensure that the instrument has been preheated before use.
Regularly use functions such as self-calibration and zero-point calibration to ensure the accuracy of the instrument.
* Note the Instrument Operating Pressure Range (86~ 106kPa).
Please avoid extreme temperatures when storing (storage temperature: -30 to 70 ° C).
When using the pump suction function, you can select low, medium, and high-end positions as needed and use the automatic cleaning function to maintain the gas path.
