Principle
The Portable carbon monoxide detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks environment gases into the instrument through a built-in micro-sampling pump. The gas is in contact with an internal imported catalytic combustion Sensor, which converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. After the electrical signal is processed by a power processing circuit amplified and stabilized by a two-stage High Accuracy cryogenic drift amplifier, it is analyzed and calculated by a processor based on EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM. Finally, the carbon monoxide concentration value is displayed on the screen and alarmed according to the settings.
Applications
Monitoring gas concentrations in the environment or confined spaces and alerting
Steps
1. Boot warm-up (Warm-Up Time about 30 seconds).
2. Select the detection mode (usually detection mode or patrol mode) as needed.
3. Adjust the sampling pump gear (low, medium or high) for sampling detection.
4. View real-time concentration, MAX Maximum, STEL, TWA and other data through the on-screen menu.
5. You can connect to the computer through the USB interface to download or print the stored data.
6. Use self-calibration, zero-point calibration or multi-point calibration functions to calibrate the instrument.
Notice
* Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ° C) and Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation).
* Do not use in environments beyond the Operating Pressure Range (86~ 106kpa).
* Pay attention to the Explosion-proof level of the instrument (Exia II CT4) and use it in the specified explosion-proof environment.
* Perform Sensor calibration regularly, paying attention to the calibration expiration and failure information prompted by the instrument.
After use or when not in use for a long time, the instrument's automatic cleaning function can be used to clean the air circuit.
Avoid strong impact or immersion of the instrument in liquids.
