SK/MIC-800-CO-Y/100% is a Portable carbon monoxide detector of SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts pump-suction detection mode, applies EFM ultra-low power consumption 32-bit ARM processor and professional imported catalytic combustion Sensor, combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit, to ensure fast, accurate, stable and good Repeatability of detection. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT display screen, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has functions such as storage Data, USB data transmission, automatic cleaning gas circuit, etc. The shell adopts a two-color mode design that is anti-skid, waterproof, dustproof and explosion-proof.

Principle
The Portable carbon monoxide detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the gas path through the built-in micro-sampling pump. The gas is in contact with the imported catalytic combustion Sensor built in the instrument, and the Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is amplified and processed by a High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit, and then calculated and analyzed by the EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM processor. Finally, the carbon monoxide concentration value is displayed on the screen in real time, and an alarm is issued according to the preset parameters.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button to turn it on and wait about 30 seconds for the warm-up to complete.
2. Select detection mode: Select "normal detection mode" or "patrol mode" through the menu.
3. Set the sampling pump gear: adjust the sampling pump to low, medium or high level as needed.
4. Detection: The sampling tube is placed in the environment to be tested, and the instrument automatically samples and displays real-time concentration.
5. View data: You can view real-time data, historical data trend charts, STEL, TWA values, etc. through the menu.
6. Data export: Connect to the computer through the USB interface to download or print the stored data.
7. Calibration and settings: through the menu for zero-point calibration, multi-point calibration or alarm parameters and other self-programming settings.
8. Shutdown: After the detection is completed, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
* Please read the manual before use, and carry out boot warm-up and functional test in a safe environment.
* The instrument has the explosion-proof mark Exia II CT4, but please use it within the specified range of explosive gas environments.
* Avoid long-term operation in extreme temperatures (beyond -30~ 50 ℃ working interval) or high Humidity condensing environment.
Periodically calibrate the instrument to ensure detection accuracy, paying attention to the service life of the Sensor (about 3 years).
* When using the sampling pump, pay attention to adjusting the gear for cleaning according to the cleaning of the gas path.
* The instrument has a built-in rechargeable battery, please follow the instructions to charge to avoid overcharging and overdischarging.
* Avoid strong impact or drop of the instrument to prevent damage to internal Sensors and circuits.
* When cleaning the instrument, please use a soft dry cloth to wipe and avoid the use of corrosion chemical solvents.
* If the instrument malfunctions or Sensor failure prompts, the Sensor should be repaired or replaced in time.
* When storing, please place in a drying and cool place to avoid high temperature (over 70 ° C) and low temperature (below -30 ° C) environment.
