Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-SO2-Y/20 is a Portable sulfur dioxide detector belonging to the SK/MIC-800 series. The instrument adopts imported High Accuracy Electrochemical sensor, combined with 32-bit ARM processor and professional circuit design to ensure fast detection, accurate measurement, stable and good Repeatability. Equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT screen, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has a built-in micro sampling pump, suitable for pump suction detection.

Principle
The detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the detection gas circuit through a built-in micro-sampling pump. The gas contacts the imported Electrochemical sensor inside the instrument, and the Sensor generates an electrical signal proportional to the concentration of sulfur dioxide. The signal is amplified and processed by a High Accuracy, Low Temperature Drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit, and finally calculated and displayed by a 32-bit ARM processor. The instrument has the function of automatic cleaning of the gas circuit and trouble warning.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select detection mode: Select "normal detection mode" or "patrol mode" through the menu.
3. Set the sampling pump gear: Select the low, medium or high Sampling flow rate as needed.
4. Detection: The sampling tube is placed in the area to be tested, and the instrument automatically samples and displays the real-time concentration.
5. Data viewing and export: You can view historical data through the menu, or connect to a computer through the USB interface to export data.
6. Calibration and settings: Enter the menu as needed to perform zero-point calibration, multi-point calibration or alarm parameter setting.
7. Shutdown: After the detection is completed, press the power button for a long time to shut down.
Notice
• Please read the manual before use to ensure that it operates in the working environment specified by the instrument (temperature -30~ 50 ° C, Humidity 10~ 95% RH without condensation).
• Avoid disassembling or repairing instruments in hazardous locations that exceed the Explosion-proof level.
• Regularly calibrate the Sensor to ensure detection accuracy, and the instrument will prompt when the Sensor calibration expires or fails.
• When sampling, please ensure that the sampling tube is unobstructed to avoid blockage affecting the test results.
• The instrument has a built-in rechargeable battery, please use the matching charger to charge to avoid overcharging or short circuit.
• Keep the instrument clean and avoid contact with corrosion substances. Although the shell is anti-corrosion, it still needs to be properly kept.
• If the instrument malfunctions, please do not continue to use it, and contact a professional for maintenance.
• When storing, place in a drying, temperature appropriate (-30~ 70 ℃) environment.
