Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-NH3-Y/100 Portable Ammonia Gas Detector is a Handheld Gas detection device. The instrument uses imported Electrochemical sensors, combined with High Accuracy Amplifiers and stable power processing circuits to ensure fast, accurate and stable detection of ammonia (NH3) concentration. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT display, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has a built-in micro sampling pump, which is suitable for gas concentration monitoring and alarm in various environments.

Principle
The Portable ammonia gas detector works based on the principle of Electrochemical sensor. The sensor detects the ammonia (NH3) concentration in the environment, and the generated electrical signal is processed by a 32-bit ARM processor after amplification by a two-stage High Accuracy cryogenic drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit. The instrument actively sucks in the gas to be measured through a built-in micro sampling pump, and displays the processed ammonia concentration value on the screen in real time, and performs sound and light alarms according to preset alarm parameters.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select detection mode: Select "normal detection mode" or "patrol mode" through the menu.
3. Set the sampling pump gear: according to the detection needs, choose the low, medium or high sampling speed.
4. Detection: The sampling tube is inserted into the area to be measured, and the instrument automatically samples and displays the real-time concentration.
5. View data: View real-time values, MAX Maximum, STEL, TWA, and historical data trend charts through the menu.
6. Data export: Connect to a computer via USB to download or print stored data.
7. Calibration and setting: zero-point calibration, multi-point calibration or alarm parameter setting through self-programming function on demand.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the instrument is fully charged and used within the range of Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ° C) and Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation) specified in the manual.
• Avoid long-term use in environments containing substances such as silicate and sulfide that may poison or inhibit the Sensor.
• Sensor calibration is performed regularly to ensure detection accuracy, and the instrument has a calibration expiration prompt function.
• The instrument is explosion-proof, but it is still necessary to avoid disassembly or impact the instrument in dangerous places beyond the explosion-proof level.
• When sampling, please select the appropriate pump suction gear for cleaning according to the cleaning of the gas circuit.
• Data storage of the instrument is large, it is recommended to export data regularly to prevent overwriting.
• If the instrument malfunctions, please do not continue to use it, and contact a professional for maintenance.
• When not in use for a long time, please shut down and store in a drying environment. Temperature range is -30~ 70 ℃.
