Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-NH3-Y/500 Portable Ammonia Gas Detector is a Handheld Gas detection device using pump-suction detection mode. The instrument applies EFM ultra-low power consumption 32-bit ARM processor, is equipped with professional imported Electrochemical sensor, combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit, to ensure the detection of fast, accurate, Stability and good Repeatability. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT display, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has Data storage, USB data transmission and other functions.

Principle
The Portable ammonia gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the detection gas path through the built-in micro-sampling pump. The gas contacts the imported Electrochemical sensor inside the instrument, and the Sensor converts the ammonia concentration signal into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is amplified and processed by a High Accuracy cryogenic drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit, and then operationally analyzed by a 32-bit ARM processor. Finally, the ammonia concentration value is displayed in real time on the display screen. The instrument has temperature and pressure compensation functions to adapt to accurate measurement in different environments.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on and wait about 30 seconds for the warm-up to complete.
2. Select detection mode: Select "normal detection mode" or "patrol mode" through the menu.
3. Set the sampling pump gear: according to the detection needs, choose the low, medium or high sampling speed.
4. Detection: Extend the sampling tube into the area to be tested, and the instrument will automatically sample and display the real-time concentration.
5. Data viewing and export: You can view historical data through the menu, or connect to a computer through the USB interface to export data.
6. Calibration and setting: Regularly carry out zero-point calibration or multi-point calibration through the menu, and can set alarm parameters according to needs.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ° C) and Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation).
• Avoid strong impacts or drops on the instrument to prevent damage to the Sensor and internal circuits.
• Sensors are calibrated regularly to ensure detection accuracy.
• The instrument has an automatic fault prompt function, and if a prompt occurs, it should be dealt with in time or a professional should be contacted.
• When using in explosion-proof areas, ensure that the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (Exia II CT4) meets the on-site requirements.
• The sampling tube should be kept clean and open to avoid clogging affecting the test results.
• The instrument has a built-in battery, please use the matching charger when charging, and keep away from flammable and explosive environments.
• When not in use for a long time, please store the instrument in a drying, temperature appropriate (-30~ 70 ℃) environment.
