Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-NH3-Y/10000 Portable Ammonia Gas Detector is a Handheld Gas detection device using pump-suction detection mode. The product uses EFM ultra-low power consumption 32-bit ARM processor, is equipped with imported High Accuracy Electrochemical sensor, combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit to ensure the detection of speed, accuracy, Stability and good Repeatability. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT display, supports Chinese and English graphical menu operation, and has a user-friendly interface.

Principle
The Portable ammonia gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, which actively sucks the environment gas into the detection gas path through the built-in micro-sampling pump. The gas contacts the imported Electrochemical sensor inside the instrument, and the Sensor generates the corresponding electrical signal according to the ammonia concentration. After the signal is amplified by the amplifier of High Accuracy and Low Temperature Drift and the stable power circuit, it is analyzed and calculated by the 32-bit ARM processor. Finally, the ammonia concentration value is displayed on the screen in real time, and an alarm is triggered when the concentration exceeds the standard.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on and wait about 30 seconds for the warm-up to complete.
2. Select detection mode: Select "normal detection mode" or "patrol mode" through the menu.
3. Set the sampling pump gear: according to the detection needs, select the low, medium or high Sampling flow rate.
4. Detection: The sampling tube is inserted into the area to be measured, and the instrument will display the ammonia concentration value in real time.
5. Data viewing and export: You can view historical data through the menu, or connect to a computer through the USB interface to export data.
6. Calibration and setting: zero-point calibration, multi-point calibration or setting alarm parameters through self-programming function as needed.
7. Shutdown: After the detection is completed, press the power button for a long time to shut down.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ° C) and Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation).
• Avoid strong impacts or drops on the instrument to prevent damage to the Sensor and internal circuits.
• Sensor calibration is performed regularly to ensure detection accuracy, and the instrument will prompt that the calibration has expired or failed.
• When used in a potentially explosive environment, it is necessary to ensure that the Explosion-proof level of the instrument (Exia II CT4) meets the field requirements.
• After use or when not in use for a long time, it is recommended to clean the gas path.
• Data storage is full, please export data in time to avoid new data can not be saved.
• Please use original parts or approved parts for maintenance and replacement.
• If the instrument malfunctions, it should be stopped and a professional should be contacted for maintenance.
