SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-NH3-Y/15000 is a Portable ammonia gas detector. The instrument adopts imported High Accuracy Electrochemical sensor, combined with ultra-low power consumption 32-bit ARM processor, High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit, to ensure the detection of rapid, accurate, Stability and good Repeatability. Equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT display, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and built-in micro sampling pump, it is a professional and stable Gas detection and leak detection equipment.

Principle
The Portable ammonia gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the detection gas path through the built-in micro-sampling pump. The gas contacts the Electrochemical sensor inside the instrument, and the Sensor generates an electrical signal proportional to the ammonia concentration. The signal is amplified and processed by a High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit, and then calculated by the EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM processor, temperature and pressure compensation. Finally, the accurate ammonia concentration value is displayed on the screen, and an alarm is triggered when the concentration exceeds the standard.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select mode: Select the normal detection mode or patrol mode through the menu.
3. Set the sampling gear: adjust the low, medium and high-end positions of the sampling pump as needed.
4. Start detection: The sampling tube is inserted into the area to be tested, and the instrument automatically samples and displays the real-time concentration.
5. Data viewing and export: You can view historical data through the menu, or connect to a computer through the USB interface to export data.
6. Calibration and setting: zero-point calibration, multi-point calibration or setting alarm parameters through self-programming function as needed.
7. Shutdown: After the detection is completed, press the power button for a long time to shut down.
Notice
* Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ° C) and Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation).
* The instrument is marked explosion-proof, but it is still necessary to avoid disassembly or impact in dangerous places beyond the explosion-proof level.
* Sensors are calibrated regularly to ensure detection accuracy.
After use or when not in use for a long time, it is recommended to clean the gas path.
* Avoid contact with corrosion substances or long-term immersion in water.
When charging or transferring data, please ensure that it is carried out in a safe area.
* If the instrument indicates failure, Sensor calibration expires or fails, it should be dealt with in time.
