The detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the instrument through the built-in micro-sampling pump. The gas is contacted by the built-in imported Electrochemical sensor, which converts the phosphating hydrogen (PH3) gas concentration into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is amplified and processed by a High Accuracy cryogenic drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit, and then analyzed and calculated by the EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM processor. Finally, the real-time concentration value is displayed on the screen. The instrument has temperature and pressure compensation functions to achieve accurate measurement in different environments.
