Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-PH3-Y/100 Portable phosphating hydrogen detector is a Handheld Gas detection device designed to detect the concentration of phosphating hydrogen (PH3) gas in the environment. The instrument adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, built-in imported Electrochemical sensor, combined with High Accuracy amplification circuit and stable power processing to ensure fast, accurate and stable detection. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT display, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has various functions such as Data storage and USB data transmission. It is suitable for safety monitoring in various industrial environments.

Principle
The detector actively sucks in environmental gas samples through a built-in miniature sampling pump. After the gas enters the instrument, it reacts with the imported Electrochemical sensor inside. The Sensor converts the concentration signal of phosphating hydrogen gas into an electrical signal, which is amplified by a High Accuracy, Low Temperature Drift amplifier, and then analyzed and calculated by the core processor of the instrument (based on EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM). The instrument corrects the measurement results through temperature and pressure compensation algorithms, and finally displays the accurate gas concentration value on the screen in real time, and triggers an alarm when the concentration exceeds the standard.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select detection mode: Select "normal detection mode" or "patrol mode" through the menu.
3. Set the sampling pump gear: according to the detection environment, adjust the sampling pump to low, medium or high in the menu.
4. Detection: The sampling tube is inserted into the area to be measured, and the instrument automatically samples and displays the real-time concentration.
5. Data viewing and export: View historical data through the menu, or connect to a computer through the USB interface to export data.
6. Instrument calibration: Regularly perform zero-point calibration or multi-point calibration through the menu to ensure accuracy.
7. Shutdown: After the detection is completed, press the power button for a long time to shut down.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the instrument is fully charged and used within the range of Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ° C) and Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation) specified in the manual.
• Avoid long-term use in environments containing substances such as silicate and lead that may poison the Sensor.
• The instrument has an explosion-proof function, but it is strictly forbidden to disassemble or replace the battery in a dangerous place.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument, it is recommended to calibrate it every six months or according to the Frequency of Use to ensure detection accuracy.
• The sampling tube should be kept clean and open to avoid clogging affecting the sampling effect.
When the instrument alarms, immediately evacuate the scene to a safe area and identify the cause.
• When storing, please place the instrument in a drying, non-corrosion gas environment, Temperature range -30~ 70 ℃.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or high voltage water guns to clean the instrument shell.
