Overview
SK/MIC-800-PH3-Y/2000 is a Portable phosphating hydrogen (PH3) detector of SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts pump-suction Sampling method, applies EFM ultra-low power consumption 32-bit ARM processor, and is equipped with professional imported Electrochemical sensor, combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit, to ensure fast detection, accurate measurement, High Stability and Repeatability. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT screen, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, which is convenient for users to use.

Principle
The Portable phosphating hydrogen detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the detection gas path through the built-in micro-sampling pump. The gas comes into contact with the imported Electrochemical sensor inside the instrument, and the Sensor generates an electrical signal proportional to the phosphating hydrogen concentration. After the signal is amplified by a High Accuracy, Low Temperature Drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit, it is analyzed and calculated by a 32-bit ARM processor. Finally, the real-time concentration value is displayed on the screen, and the alarm and data recording can be performed according to the setting.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Turn on the power of the instrument and wait about 30 seconds for the warm-up to complete.
2. Select detection mode: Select "normal detection mode" or "patrol mode" in the menu.
3. Set the sampling pump gear: according to the detection needs, select the low, medium or high Sampling flow rate.
4. Detection: The sampling tube is placed in the area to be tested, and the instrument automatically samples and displays the real-time concentration.
5. Data viewing and export: You can view historical data through the menu, or connect to a computer through the USB interface to export data.
6. Calibration and setting: Regularly use standard gas for zero and multi-point calibration, and can set parameters such as alarm value, STEL, TWA in the menu.
Notice
* The instrument should be used within the working Ambient Temperature -30~ 50 ℃ and Humidity 10~ 95% RH (non-condensing) range.
* Avoid use in extreme pressure environments outside the 86~ 106kPa Operating Pressure Range.
* The instrument is explosion-proof, but it should still be avoided in hazardous areas beyond the Exia II CT4 Explosion-proof level.
* Sensors are calibrated regularly to ensure detection accuracy.
* Pay attention to the service life of the Sensor (about 3 years), and replace it in time when it expires.
After use or when not in use for a long time, it is recommended to clean the gas path.
Avoid strong impact or immersion of the instrument in liquids.
* When storing, it should be placed in an environment of -30~ 70 ° C.
