SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-H2-Y/2000 Portable Hydrogen Detector is a Handheld Gas detection device using pump-suction detection mode. The instrument applies EFM ultra-low power consumption 32-bit ARM processor, and is equipped with professional imported Electrochemical sensor, combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit, to ensure the detection of fast, accurate, Stability and good Repeatability. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT display, which supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, which is convenient for users to use.

Principle
The Portable hydrogen detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, which draws environment gases into the instrument through a built-in micro-sampling pump. The gas comes into contact with the built-in imported Electrochemical sensor, which converts the hydrogen concentration signal into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is amplified and processed by a High Accuracy cryogenic bleaching amplifier and a stable power processing circuit, and then operationally analyzed by a 32-bit ARM processor. Finally, the hydrogen concentration value is displayed on the screen in real time, and an alarm is triggered when the concentration exceeds the standard.

Steps
1. Turn on and warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select the detection mode (usually detection mode or patrol mode) through the Chinese and English graphic menus.
3. Set alarm parameters, STEL/TWA parameters or Unit switching through the menu as required.
4. According to the detection environment, select the appropriate sampling pump speed (low, medium and high) through the gear key.
5. Extend the sampling tube into the area to be tested for detection, and observe the real-time concentration, MAX Maximum, STEL and TWA values displayed on the screen.
6. After the test is completed, you can use the USB interface to connect to the computer to download or print the stored data.
7. Regularly perform zero or multi-point calibration through the menu to maintain accuracy.

• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ° C) or Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation).
Do not use in an environment with an air pressure lower than 86kpa or higher than 106kpa.
The instrument is explosion-proof, but it is still necessary to avoid unnecessary use in extremely dangerous environments.
• Sensor service life is about 3 years, you need to pay attention to the calibration prompt and replace it in time.
• After use or when not in use for a long time, it is recommended to clean the gas path.
When performing calibration operations, ensure that the correct standard gas is used and carried out in a safe environment.
• Avoid strong impact or immersion in liquids.
• When storing, place in a drying environment of -30~ 70 ° C.
