SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-H2-Y/40000 Portable Hydrogen Detector is a professional Handheld Gas detection device. It uses imported Electrochemical sensors, combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifiers and stable power processing circuits to ensure fast detection, accurate measurement, stability and Repeatability. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT display, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, built-in sampling pump, and adopts pump suction detection method, which is suitable for hydrogen concentration monitoring and alarm in various environments.

Principle
The detector works based on the principle of Electrochemical sensor. The sensor converts the hydrogen concentration signal in the environment into an electrical signal, amplifies and processes the signal through the built-in High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit, and finally calculates and displays the concentration value by the 32-bit ARM processor. The instrument uses pump-suction sampling, built-in micro-pump to suck the gas into the detection gas path for analysis, and has an automatic cleaning function to keep the gas path clean.

Steps
1. Power on and warm up (about 30 seconds).
2. Select the detection mode (usually detection mode or patrol mode) through the Chinese and English graphic menus.
3. Adjust the gear of the built-in sampling pump (low, medium and high) as needed.
4. Place the sampling tube in the environment to be tested, and the instrument automatically samples and displays real-time concentration, STEL, TWA and MAX Maximum.
5. You can connect to the computer through the USB interface to download or print the stored historical data.
6. Use self-calibration, zero or multi-point calibration functions to calibrate the instrument.
7. According to requirements, self-program alarm parameters and other functions in the menu.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ° C) and Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation).
• Pay attention to the Operating Pressure Range (86~ 106kPa) and avoid using it under abnormal air pressure.
• The instrument has explosion-proof characteristics, but it still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment and avoid disassembly or charging in dangerous places.
Sensor calibration is performed regularly, and the instrument will prompt that the calibration has expired or failed.
• After use or when not in use for a long time, it is recommended to clean the gas path.
• Avoid strong impact or immersion in liquids.
• Please store in a drying environment with a storage temperature of -30~ 70 ° C.
