The Portable hydrogen detector works based on the principle of Thermal Conductivity Sensor. The instrument has a miniature sampling pump built into the instrument, which sucks the environment gas into the detection gas path. When the gas comes into contact with the Sensor, the Sensor generates an electrical signal change based on the difference in thermal conductivity between hydrogen and Miscellaneous gases. The signal is amplified and processed by a High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit, and then calculated by a 32-bit ARM processor. Finally, the real-time hydrogen concentration value is displayed on the screen. The instrument has the function of automatic cleaning of the gas circuit and temperature and pressure compensation to adapt to different environments.
