Overview
SK/MIC-800-HCN-Y/50 Portable Hydrogen Cyanide Detector is a Handheld Gas detection device under the SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts EFM ultra-low power consumption 32-bit ARM processor, equipped with professional imported Electrochemical sensor, combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit, to ensure the detection of fast, accurate, Stability and good Repeatability. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT display, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has a built-in long-life micro sampling pump. It adopts pump-suction detection method, which is suitable for monitoring and alarming of hydrogen cyanide (HCN) gas concentration in the environment or in confined spaces.

Principle
The Portable hydrogen cyanide detector works based on the principle of electrochemistry sensing. The built-in miniature sampling pump sucks the environment gas into the instrument, and the gas reacts with the electrochemistry element in the Sensor to generate an electrical signal proportional to the concentration of hydrogen cyanide. After the signal is amplified by a High Accuracy, Low Temperature Drift amplifier and a stable power supply circuit, it is analyzed and calculated by a 32-bit ARM processor. Finally, the concentration value of hydrogen cyanide is displayed on the screen in real time, and an alarm is triggered when the concentration exceeds the standard.

Steps
1. Turn on and warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select detection mode (usually detection mode or patrol mode) through the graphical menu.
3. Zero or multi-point calibration through the menu as needed.
4. Set alarm parameters, STEL/TWA values, etc. (if required).
5. Extend the sampling tube into the area to be measured, and the instrument automatically pumps the sampling and displays the real-time concentration.
6. After use, the gas circuit can be cleaned through the high-end pump suction function.
7. Connect to the computer through the USB interface to download or print the stored historical data.
Notice
Make sure the instrument is fully preheated before use.
* Avoid long-term operation in extreme temperatures (below -30 ° C or above 50 ° C) or high Humidity (above 95% RH and condensing) environments.
* Sensors are calibrated regularly to ensure detection accuracy.
* Pay attention to the Sensor calibration expiration or failure information prompted by the instrument.
When using in explosion-proof areas, it is necessary to strictly abide by the specifications for the use of explosion-proof electrical equipment.
* When cleaning the instrument, please use a soft damp cloth to avoid the use of corrosion chemicals.
* When not in use for a long time, please store the instrument in a drying, temperature suitable (-30~ 70 ℃) environment.
