Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-ETO-Y/10 Portable ethylene oxide detector is a Handheld Gas detection device using pump-suction detection mode. The instrument applies EFM ultra-low power consumption 32-bit ARM processor, and is equipped with professional imported Electrochemical sensor, combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit, to ensure the detection of fast, accurate, Stability and good Repeatability. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT screen, which supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, which is convenient for users to use.

Principle
The Portable ethylene oxide detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, which draws environment gases into the instrument through a built-in micro-sampling pump. The gas comes into contact with an Electrochemical sensor at the core of the instrument, which generates an electrical signal based on ethylene oxide (ETO) concentration. The signal is amplified and processed by a High Accuracy cryogenic drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit, and then calculated and compensated by a 32-bit ARM processor (including temperature and pressure compensation). Finally, the ethylene oxide concentration value is accurately displayed on the screen, and an alarm is triggered when the concentration exceeds the standard.

Steps
1. Turn on and warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select the detection mode (usually detection mode or patrol mode) through the Chinese and English graphic menus.
3. Set alarm parameters, STEL/TWA parameters or Unit switching through the menu as required.
4. Place the sampling tube in the area to be tested, and the instrument inhales the gas through the built-in pump for detection.
5. Observe the concentration value, MAX Maximum, STEL, TWA and trend chart displayed on the screen in real time.
6. After the test is completed, the stored data can be downloaded by connecting to the computer through the USB interface.
7. Regularly perform zero or multi-point calibration through the menu to maintain instrument accuracy.
Notice
* Please use in the working environment specified by the instrument (temperature -30~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10~ 95% RH without condensation, air pressure 86~ 106kpa).
* Avoid use in a condensing environment to prevent damage to the Sensor or Instrument.
The instrument has an automatic fault prompt function, please pay attention to the relevant prompts and deal with them in time.
* Sensor calibration expires or fails, the instrument will prompt, need to be calibrated or replaced in time.
* After use or when not in use for a long time, the gas path can be cleaned by using the gear adjustment function of the sampling pump.
* This product is designed to be explosion-proof, but it is still necessary to avoid disassembly or impact in hazardous locations beyond the explosion-proof level.
* Please ensure a safe environment when downloading or charging data.
* Do not disassemble or modify the instrument without authorization, so as not to affect the explosion-proof performance and Measurement accuracy.
