Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-ETO-Y/100 Portable ethylene oxide detector is a Handheld Gas detection device designed to detect the concentration of ethylene oxide (ETO) gas in the environment. The instrument uses the pump-suction Sampling method, is equipped with imported Electrochemical sensors, combined with High Accuracy Amplification Circuit and stable power processing to ensure fast, accurate and stable detection. The instrument has large capacity Data storage, USB data transmission, self-calibration and various alarm functions, suitable for safety monitoring in a variety of industrial environments.

Principle
The detector works based on the principle of Electrochemical sensor. The instrument has a built-in micro sampling pump, which sucks the environment gas into the detection gas chamber. The ethylene oxide molecules in the gas undergo oxidation and reduction reactions on the working Electrode of the Sensor, generating a current signal proportional to the gas concentration. After the signal is amplified by a High Accuracy, Low Temperature Drift amplifier and a stable power supply circuit, it is analyzed and calculated by a 32-bit ARM microprocessor. Finally, the gas concentration value is displayed on the screen in real time, and alarm and data recording can be performed according to the settings.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Mode selection: Select the normal detection mode or patrol mode through the menu.
3. Sampling settings: adjust the sampling pump gear (low, medium, high) as needed.
4. Start detection: The sampling tube is inserted into the test area, and the instrument displays the gas concentration in real time.
5. Data viewing: View real-time data, historical data, STEL, TWA values, and trend charts through the menu.
6. Data export: Connect to the computer through the USB interface to download or print the stored data.
7. Calibration and settings: Regularly perform zero-point calibration or multi-point calibration through the menu, and can set alarm parameters by programming.
Notice

* Avoid long-term operation in extreme temperatures (below -30 ° C or above 50 ° C) or high Humidity (may cause condensation) environments.
The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof, but it is strictly forbidden to disassemble or charge it in dangerous places.
* Regularly calibrate the Sensor to ensure detection accuracy. If the instrument prompts Sensor failure or calibration expires, it should be dealt with in time.
* The sampling tube should be kept clean and open to avoid clogging affecting the test results.
* The instrument has a built-in battery, please use the matching charger to charge.
* Please store in a drying and cool place to avoid direct sunlight and mechanical impact.
