Overview
SK/MIC-800-ETO-Y/50% is a Portable ethylene oxide detector of SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts pump-suction detection method, applies EFM ultra-low power consumption 32-bit ARM processor, is equipped with professional imported catalytic combustion Sensor, combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit to ensure fast detection, accurate measurement, stability and Repeatability. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT screen, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has functions such as Data storage and USB data transmission. The shell adopts a two-color mode design that is anti-skid, waterproof, dustproof and explosion-proof.

Principle
The Portable ethylene oxide detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the gas path through the built-in micro-sampling pump. The gas is in contact with the imported catalytic combustion Sensor inside the instrument, and the Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is amplified and processed by a High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit, and then analyzed by the EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM processor. Finally, the gas concentration value is displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch TFT screen, and the alarm is performed according to the preset parameters.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2, select the detection mode (usually detection mode or patrol mode).
3. Adjust the sampling pump gear (low, medium and high grade) as needed.
4. Place the sampling tube in the environment to be tested for detection.
5. Observe the real-time concentration, MAX Maximum, STEL, TWA and other data displayed on the screen.
6. If necessary, perform self-calibration, zero or multi-point calibration through the menu.
7. After the test is completed, the instrument gas path can be automatically cleaned.
8. Connect to the computer through the USB interface to download or print and store data.
Notice
* Please use within the range of Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ℃) and Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation) of the instrument.
* Avoid use in environments beyond Operating Pressure (86~ 106kPa).
* The instrument has the explosion-proof mark Exia II CT4, but still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment.
* Pay attention to the service life of the Sensor (about 3 years), and pay attention to the expiration or failure of the calibration prompt in time.
Please ensure that the instrument has been preheated (approximately 30 seconds) before use.
* Select the appropriate sampling pump gear according to the testing requirements.
Periodically ensure inspection accuracy through self-calibration or calibration functions.
* Please pay attention to the Ambient Temperature (-30~ 70 ℃) when storing.
Although the instrument housing has protective characteristics, it should still avoid severe impact or immersion.
* When data transfer or charging, please ensure that the connection environment is safe.
