The detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the detection chamber through a built-in micro-sampling pump. The ethylene oxide component in the gas is detected by a professional infrared NDIR (non-dispersed infrared) Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is conditioned by a High Accuracy, Low Temperature Drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit, and is finally processed and displayed on the screen by a 32-bit ARM processor. The instrument has temperature and pressure compensation functions to ensure the accuracy of measurement under different environment conditions.
