Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-HBR-Y/3000 Portable Hydrogen Bromide Detector is a Handheld Gas detection device that uses a pump-suction Sampling method to quickly and accurately detect the concentration of hydrogen bromide (HBr) gas in the environment. The instrument is equipped with imported High Accuracy Electrochemical sensor, combined with advanced circuit processing and ultra-low power 32-bit ARM processor, to ensure fast detection, accuracy and Stability. The product is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT display, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has Data storage, USB data transmission, automatic cleaning and various alarm functions, suitable for industrial safety monitoring and other fields.

Principle
The Portable hydrogen bromide detector works based on the principle of Electrochemical sensor. The built-in miniature sampling pump actively sucks the environment gas into the detection gas chamber. The hydrogen bromide molecules in the gas undergo a specific oxidation and reduction reaction on the surface of the Sensor Electrode, generating an electrical signal proportional to the gas concentration. The weak signal is amplified in two stages by a High Accuracy, Low Temperature Drift amplifier, and the signal mass is guaranteed by a stable power processing circuit. Finally, the 32-bit ARM processor performs data processing and compensation (including temperature and pressure compensation), and the concentration value is displayed on the screen in real time, and an alarm is triggered when the preset threshold is exceeded.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select mode: Select the normal detection mode or patrol mode through the menu.
3. Set parameters: Set alarm values, STEL, TWA and other parameters through self-programming functions as required.
4. Start detection: Extend the sampling tube into the area to be tested, and the instrument automatically pumps the sampling and displays the real-time concentration.
5. Data recording: The detection data is automatically stored, and the data can be downloaded by connecting to the computer through the USB interface.
6. Gas cleaning: After the detection is completed, the high-end position of the sampling pump can be used for automatic gas cleaning.
7. Shutdown: After the detection is completed, press the power button for a long time to shut down.
Notice
• Please read the instructions before use to ensure operation under the instrument range (0-3000ppm) and specified environmental conditions (temperature -30~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10~ 95% RH without condensation).
• Avoid use in strong electromagnetic interference, corrosion gas or extreme temperature Humidity environment to prevent damage to the instrument or affect the detection accuracy.
• Zero calibration and Sensor calibrating are performed regularly to ensure measurement accuracy. Note that the service life of the Sensor is about 3 years.
• The instrument is explosion-proof design (Exia II CT4), but the relevant safety regulations must still be followed in hazardous areas and cannot be disassembled or charged in an explosive environment.
• The built-in sampling pump needs to use the gear reasonably. After testing, it is recommended to clean the gas path to keep the gas path open and Sensor performance.
• When storing the instrument, it should be placed in a drying and normal temperature (-30~ 70 ° C) environment to avoid long-term exposure to high concentrations of target gases.
• If the instrument alarm indicates failure or Sensor failure, stop using it in time and contact a professional for maintenance.
