Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-HBR-Y/4000 Portable Hydrogen Bromide Detector is a Handheld Gas detection device that uses the pump-suction Sampling method to quickly and accurately detect the concentration of hydrogen bromide (HBr) gas in the environment, with a range of 0-4000 ppm. The instrument uses EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM processor and imported Electrochemical sensor, coupled with High Accuracy Amplifier and stable power processing circuit, to ensure the detection of Rapidity, Accuracy, Stability and Good Repeatability. The product is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT display screen, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has various functions such as Data storage, USB data transmission, automatic cleaning, etc. The shell adopts a two-color mold design that is non-slip, waterproof, dustproof and explosion-proof, which is suitable for a variety of industrial environments.

Principle
The Portable Hydrogen Bromide Detector uses the principle of Electrochemical sensor for Gas detection. The instrument has a built-in micro sampling pump, which sucks the environment gas into the detection gas chamber by pumping. The hydrogen bromide molecules in the gas undergo oxidation or reduction reactions on the working Electrode of the Sensor, generating an electrical signal proportional to the gas concentration. The weak signal is amplified by the built-in two-stage High Accuracy and Low Temperature Drift Amplifier, and then the signal stability is ensured through a stable power supply circuit. Finally, the 32-bit ARM processor performs data calculation, temperature and pressure compensation, and displays the accurate concentration value on the screen, and triggers an alarm when the concentration exceeds the standard.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will automatically warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Mode selection: Select the normal detection mode or patrol mode through the menu.
3. Sampling detection: According to the detection environment, adjust the built-in sampling pump to the low, medium or high position through the menu to start sampling detection.
4. Data view: View the hydrogen bromide concentration value, MAX Maximum, STEL, TWA and trend chart in real time on the screen.
5. Data storage and export: The detection data is automatically stored, and the data can be exported or printed by connecting to the computer through the USB interface.
6. Calibration and setting: zero-point calibration, multi-point calibration or setting alarm parameters through self-programming function as needed.
7. Shutdown and cleaning: After the test is completed, the machine is shut down, and the instrument has the function of automatically cleaning the gas path.
Notice
• Before use, please make sure that the instrument is fully charged and used under the environmental conditions specified in the manual (-30~ 50 ° C, 10~ 95% RH without condensation).
• Avoid long-term use in environments containing silica gel, silicate, hydrogen sulfide, etc. that may poison or inhibit the Sensor.
• Regularly perform zero-point calibration and Sensor inspection to ensure detection accuracy. The instrument will prompt when the Sensor calibration expires or fails.
• The instrument is of explosion-proof design (Exia II CT4), but must not be disassembled or charged in hazardous locations beyond the explosion-proof level.
• When sampling, please select the pump suction gear reasonably according to the gas concentration and detection needs to prolong the pump life and ensure the Response speed.
• The instrument has an automatic fault diagnosis function. If there is a fault prompt, it should be stopped and a professional should be contacted for maintenance.
• When storing and transporting, avoid high temperature (> 70 ° C), low temperature (< -30 ° C), high humidity and strong mechanical Impact.
• When cleaning the instrument, please use a soft damp cloth to wipe the shell, do not use corrosion chemical solvents or soaking cleaning.
