Overview
SK/MIC-800-HF-Y/10 Portable Hydrogen Fluoride Detector is a Handheld Gas detection device launched by SKYEAGLEE, which is dedicated to detecting hydrogen fluoride (HF) gas concentration in the environment. The instrument adopts imported High Accuracy Electrochemical sensor, combined with advanced circuit design and data processing technology to ensure fast detection, accurate measurement and stable performance. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT display, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has a built-in micro sampling pump, which is suitable for pump suction detection.

Principle
The detector works based on the principle of Electrochemical sensor. The electrolysis liquid in the Sensor undergoes oxidation and reduction reaction with the target gas (hydrogen fluoride), generating an electrical signal proportional to the gas concentration. The weak signal is amplified by the built-in two-stage High Accuracy and low temperature drift amplifier of the instrument, and then data processing and compensation are carried out through a stable power processing circuit and a 32-bit ARM processor. Finally, the gas concentration value is displayed on the screen in real time, and the alarm and data recording can be carried out according to the settings.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select mode: Select the usual detection mode or patrol mode through the menu.
3. Set parameters: Set alarm values, STEL, TWA and other parameters through self-programming functions as required.
4. Start detection: The sampling tube is inserted into the area to be tested, and the instrument is detected by built-in pump suction sampling.
5. Data viewing: View gas concentration, MAX Maximum, STEL, TWA and other information and trend charts in real time on the screen.
6. Data management: Connect to a computer through a USB interface to download or print stored historical data.
7. Calibration and maintenance: Regularly use standard gas for zero-point calibration or multi-point calibration to maintain instrument accuracy.

* Regularly calibrate the Sensor to ensure detection accuracy, and the instrument will prompt when the calibration expires or fails.
* The instrument has an explosion-proof design, but still needs to avoid disassembly or impact in hazardous locations beyond the explosion-proof level.
* The sampling pump has an automatic gas cleaning function, but it is recommended to follow the instructions for maintenance after long-term use.
* Data storage space is limited, please export data periodically to prevent overwriting.
