Overview
SK/MIC-800-O3-Y/20 is a Portable ozone detector of SKYEAGLEE brand, belonging to SK/MIC-800 series. The instrument adopts pump-suction detection method, and the core application is EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM processor and imported High Accuracy electrochemistry ozone Sensor. Combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit, it ensures fast detection, accurate measurement, stability and Repeatability. Equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT screen, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has a built-in micro sampling pump, it is a professional and stable Gas detection and leak detection equipment.

Principle
The Portable ozone detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the inside of the instrument through the built-in micro-sampling pump. The gas is in contact with the built-in imported electrochemistry ozone Sensor, which generates a corresponding electrical signal according to the ozone concentration. After the signal is amplified by a High Accuracy, Low Temperature Drift amplifier and a stable power supply circuit, it is analyzed and calculated by the EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM processor. Finally, the ozone concentration value is displayed on the screen in real time and alarmed according to preset parameters. The instrument has temperature and pressure compensation functions to ensure measurement accuracy in different environments.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select detection mode: Select "normal detection mode" or "patrol mode" through the menu.
3. Set the sampling pump gear: according to the detection needs, select the low, medium or high Sampling flow rate.
4. Detection: The sampling tube is inserted into the area to be measured, and the instrument automatically samples and displays the real-time concentration.
5. View data: You can view real-time values, MAX Maximum, STEL, TWA, and trend charts through the screen.
6. Data export: Connect to the computer through the USB interface and download the stored test data.
7. Shutdown: After the detection is completed, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
* Please use it within the valid period of instrument calibration, and perform zero and multi-point calibration regularly.
* Avoid working in extreme temperatures (below -30 ° C or above 50 ° C) or high Humidity (above 95% RH and condensing) environments for long periods of time.
* The instrument is explosion-proof, but cannot be disassembled or charged in hazardous locations beyond the Exia II CT4 Explosion-proof level.
* After use or when not in use for a long time, it is recommended to run the instrument in clean air to clean the air path and Sensor.
* Pay attention to the failure of the instrument prompt, Sensor calibration expiration or failure information, and deal with it in time.
Avoid strong impact or immersion of the instrument in liquids.
When downloading or charging data, make sure to do so in a safe area.
