Overview
SK/MIC-800-O3-Y/2000 is a Portable ozone detector of SKYEAGLEE brand, belonging to the SK/MIC-800 series. The instrument adopts pump-suction detection method, built-in imported High Accuracy Electrochemical sensor, combined with professional circuit design to ensure fast, accurate and stable detection of ozone gas. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT display, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has various functions such as Data storage, USB data transmission, automatic cleaning, etc. It is suitable for on-site rapid detection and safety monitoring.

Principle
The Portable ozone detector works based on the principle of Electrochemical sensor. The built-in miniature sampling pump of the instrument sucks the environment gas into the detection gas chamber. The ozone molecules in the gas undergo oxidation and reduction reactions on the Sensor's working Electrode, generating an electrical signal proportional to the ozone concentration. The signal is amplified by a High Accuracy, Low Temperature Drift amplifier, and the built-in 32-bit ARM processor performs data processing, temperature and pressure compensation. Finally, the real-time ozone concentration value is displayed on the screen, and an alarm is triggered when the concentration exceeds the standard.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will automatically warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select mode: Select "normal detection mode" or "patrol mode" through the menu.
3. Set parameters: Set the alarm value, STEL/TWA parameters, Data storage interval, etc. through the menu as needed.
4. Start detection: Extend the sampling tube into the area to be tested, and the instrument automatically pumps the sampling and displays the real-time concentration.
5. Data viewing: You can view historical data, MAX Maximum, STEL, TWA and other information through the menu.
6. Data transfer: Connect the computer via USB and export the stored data.
7. Shutdown: After the detection is completed, press the power button for a long time to shut down.
Notice
* Please read the manual before use to ensure that it is used within the instrument range (0-2000ppm) and applicable environment (-30~ 50 ° C, 10~ 95% RH without condensation).
* The instrument is explosion-proof, but cannot be disassembled or charged in hazardous locations beyond the explosion-proof level.
* Avoid severe impact or drop of the instrument to prevent damage to the Sensor.
* Regularly zero calibration and Sensor calibrating to ensure detection accuracy.
* When the instrument indicates that the Sensor fails or malfunctions, a professional should be contacted in time.
* When not in use for a long time, please shut down and store in a drying environment.
* When cleaning the instrument, please use a soft damp cloth to wipe and avoid the use of corrosion chemical Reagents.
* The sampling tube should be kept unobstructed to avoid clogging affecting the test results.
