SK/MIC-800-H2O2-Y/100 is a Portable hydrogen peroxide detector of SKYEAGLEE brand, belonging to the SK/MIC-800 series. The instrument adopts pump-suction detection mode, built-in long-life imported micro-sampling pump, which can detect the concentration of hydrogen peroxide gas in the environment or confined space and alarm. The core of the instrument adopts EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM processor and imported High Accuracy Electrochemical sensor, combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit to ensure fast detection, accurate measurement, stable and good Repeatability. Equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT screen, it supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and provides real-time detection trend analysis chart.

Principle
The Portable hydrogen peroxide detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, which actively sucks the environment gas into the gas path through the built-in micro-sampling pump. The gas contacts the imported Electrochemical sensor inside the instrument, and the Sensor converts the concentration signal of hydrogen peroxide gas into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is amplified and conditioned by a High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit, and then the EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM processor performs data processing, temperature and pressure compensation. Finally, the concentration value is displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch TFT screen, and the sound and light alarm is performed according to the preset alarm parameters.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select mode: Select the normal detection mode or patrol mode through the menu.
3. Set parameters: Set alarm values, STEL, TWA and other parameters through self-programming functions as required.
4. Start detection: place the sampling tube in the area to be tested, the instrument automatically pumps the gas for detection, and the screen displays the concentration in real time.
5. Data recording: The detection data is automatically stored, and the data can be downloaded by connecting to the computer through the USB interface.
6. Gas path cleaning: After the test is completed, the high-end function of the pump can be used to clean the gas path.
7. Shutdown: After the detection is completed, press the power button for a long time to shut down.
Notice
* Please make sure that the instrument is fully charged before use, and use it within the range of Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ° C) and Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation) specified in the manual.
* Avoid long-term use in environments containing substances such as silica gel, silicate, lead salts, sulfides, etc. that may poison the Sensor.
* Regularly zero calibration and Sensor calibrating to ensure detection accuracy, the instrument has self-calibration and calibration expiration prompt function.
The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (Exia II CT4), but it is strictly forbidden to charge or replace the battery in dangerous places.
* When sampling, please select the appropriate pump suction gear (low, medium and high) according to the detection requirements, and ensure that the sampling tube is unobstructed.
The instrument has an automatic fault diagnosis function. If there is a fault prompt, please do not continue to use it and contact a professional for maintenance.
* When storing, please place the instrument in a drying, non-corrosion gas environment, and the storage temperature is -30~ 70 ° C.
* When cleaning the instrument, please use a soft damp cloth to wipe the shell, do not use corrosion chemical solvents or rinse directly with water.
* The service life of this product Sensor is about 3 years, and the Sensor should be replaced in time when the service life or performance decreases.
