Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-H2O2-Y/200 is a Portable hydrogen peroxide detector belonging to the SK/MIC-800 series Handheld Gas detector. The instrument uses an imported High Accuracy Electrochemical sensor combined with a 32-bit ARM processor and a two-stage High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier to ensure fast, accurate and stable detection. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT screen, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has a built-in micro sampling pump. It adopts a pump-suction detection method, which is suitable for hydrogen peroxide concentration monitoring and alarm in various environments.

Principle
The Portable hydrogen peroxide detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the environment gas into the inside of the instrument through a built-in micro-sampling pump. The gas comes into contact with the imported Electrochemical sensor built in the instrument, and the Sensor converts the concentration signal of hydrogen peroxide into an electrical signal. After the electrical signal is amplified by a two-stage High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit, it is analyzed and calculated by a 32-bit ARM processor. Finally, the concentration value is displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch full-color screen, and the alarm is performed according to the preset parameters.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select mode: Select the normal detection mode or patrol mode through the menu.
3. Set parameters: Set alarm values, STEL, TWA and other parameters through self-programming functions as required.
4. Start detection: place the sampling tube in the environment to be tested, and the instrument automatically pumps the gas for detection.
5. Data viewing: During the detection process, the real-time concentration, MAX Maximum, STEL, and TWA values are displayed on the screen.
6. Data storage and export: The detection data is automatically stored, and the data can be exported by connecting to the computer through the USB interface.
7. Gas path cleaning: After the detection is completed or when necessary, the gas path can be automatically cleaned by adjusting the sampling pump gear.
8. Shutdown: Long press the power button to turn off the instrument.
Notice
* Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ° C) and Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation).
* The instrument has the explosion-proof mark (Exia II CT4), but it still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment.
* Sensor calibration is performed regularly to ensure detection accuracy, and the instrument will prompt that the calibration has expired or failed.
Avoid strong impact or immersion of the instrument in liquids.
* After use or long-term use, please store in a drying environment.
* When performing zero or multi-point calibration, make sure to operate in clean air or standard gas environment.
* The instrument has a built-in rechargeable battery, please use the matching charger to charge.
