Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-H2O2-Y/500 is a Portable hydrogen peroxide detector belonging to the SK/MIC-800 series. The instrument adopts imported Electrochemical sensors, combined with High Accuracy Amplifiers and stable power processing circuits to ensure fast detection, accurate measurement and stable performance. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT screen, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has a built-in micro sampling pump. It adopts pump suction detection method, which is suitable for monitoring and alarming hydrogen peroxide gas concentration in the environment or in confined spaces.

Principle
The Portable hydrogen peroxide detector works based on the principle of Electrochemical sensor. The built-in miniature sampling pump actively sucks in the environment gas sample, and the gas reacts electrochemically with the electrolysis solution in the Sensor to generate an electrical signal proportional to the concentration of hydrogen peroxide. After the signal is processed by a High Accuracy, Low Temperature Drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit, it is analyzed and calculated by a 32-bit ARM processor. Finally, the concentration value of hydrogen peroxide is displayed on the screen in real time, and an alarm is triggered when the concentration exceeds the standard.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select detection mode: Select "normal detection mode" or "patrol mode" through the menu.
3. Set the sampling pump gear: Select the low, medium or high Sampling flow rate as needed.
4, detection: the sampling tube into the test area, the instrument automatically sampling and display real-time concentration.
5. Data viewing and export: You can view historical data through the menu, or connect to a computer through the USB interface to export data.
6. Calibration and setting: Regularly carry out zero-point calibration or multi-point calibration through the menu, and can set parameters such as alarm value.
7. Shutdown: After the detection is completed, press the power button to shut down.

• Before use, please ensure that the instrument is fully charged and used within the range of Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ° C) and Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation) specified in the manual.
• Avoid long-term use in environments containing substances such as silica gel and alkali metal salts that may poison or inhibit the Sensor.
• The instrument has an automatic cleaning function, but it is recommended to manually clean the sampling line and Filter after long-term use.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure detection accuracy, and the calibrating cycle is recommended to be no more than 6 months.
• The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof, but it is strictly forbidden to disassemble or replace the battery in a dangerous place.
• Data storage is full, please export data in time to avoid overwriting.
• If the instrument malfunctions, Sensor calibration expires or fails to alarm, please contact a professional in time to deal with it.
• During transportation and storage, avoid severe vibration, high temperature (over 70 ° C) and strong electromagnetic field environment.
