SK/MIC-800-H2O2-Y/4000 is a Portable hydrogen peroxide detector from SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts pump-suction detection method and built-in imported micro sampling pump, which can quickly detect the concentration of hydrogen peroxide gas in the environment and alarm. It uses a 32-bit ARM processor and imported Electrochemical sensor, and cooperates with a High Accuracy amplifier circuit to ensure fast detection, accurate measurement, stability and good Repeatability. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT screen, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has various functions such as Data storage and USB data transmission.

The detector works based on the principle of Electrochemical sensor. The electrolysis liquid in the Sensor undergoes oxidation and reduction reaction with the target gas (hydrogen peroxide), generating an electrical signal proportional to the gas concentration. The weak signal is amplified and processed by the built-in two-stage High Accuracy and low temperature drift amplifier, and then calculated and compensated (including temperature and pressure compensation) by the core processor of the instrument (32-bit ARM). Finally, the accurate gas concentration value is displayed on the screen, and an alarm is triggered when the concentration exceeds the standard. The built-in micro sampling pump actively sucks the environment gas into the detection gas path to ensure fast Response.

1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-test and warm up for about 30 seconds. 2. Select detection mode: Select "normal detection mode" or "patrol mode" through the menu. 3. Set the sampling pump gear: According to the detection needs, set the sampling pump to low, medium or high level in the menu. 4. Detection: The sampling tube is inserted into the area to be measured, and the instrument screen will display the hydrogen peroxide gas concentration value in real time. 5. Data viewing and export: You can view the stored data through the historical data menu, or connect to the computer through the USB interface to export the data. 6. Calibration and settings: Regularly perform zero-point calibration or multi-point calibration through the menu, and you can also enter the settings menu to adjust the alarm value, STEL/TWA and other parameters.
