Overview
SK/MIC-800-CO2-Y/30% is a Portable carbon dioxide detector under the SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts pump-suction detection method, built-in long-life imported micro sampling pump, and is equipped with professional imported infrared NDIR Sensor, combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit to ensure fast detection, accurate measurement, stability and Repeatability. The instrument adopts a large full-color 3.5-inch TFT screen, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has various functions such as Data storage, USB data transmission, self-calibration, temperature and pressure compensation. The shell adopts a two-color mode design that is anti-skid, waterproof, dustproof and explosion-proof. Explosion-proof level is Exia II CT4.

Principle
The Portable carbon dioxide detector works based on the principle of infrared NDIR (non-dispersion infrared) Sensor. The instrument has a miniature sampling pump built into the detection gas chamber. When specific wavelengths of infrared light pass through the gas chamber, the carbon dioxide gas absorbs part of the infrared light energy. The Sensor accurately calculates the concentration of carbon dioxide in the gas by measuring changes in the infrared light Absorption intensity. The EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM processor on the instrument is responsible for processing the Sensor signal, and the High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit ensure the fast, accurate and stable measurement results.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select detection mode: Select "normal detection mode" or "patrol mode" through the menu.
3. Set the sampling pump gear: according to the detection needs, select the low, medium or high Sampling flow rate.
4. Detection: Extend the sampling tube into the area to be tested, and the instrument screen will display the carbon dioxide concentration value, MAX Maximum, STEL and TWA in real time.
5. Data viewing and export: View historical data through the menu, or connect to a computer through the USB interface to export and print data.
6. Calibration and settings: According to the needs, zero-point calibration, multi-point calibration or alarm parameters can be programmed through the menu.
7. Shutdown: After the detection is completed, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
* Please make sure that the instrument is fully charged before use, and use it within the range of Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ° C) and Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation) specified in the manual.
* Avoid long-term use in environments containing substances such as silica gel, silicate, lead salt, hydrogen sulfide, etc. that may poison or inhibit the Sensor.
* Regularly carry out zero-point calibration and range calibration of the instrument to ensure detection accuracy, and the instrument has an automatic prompt calibration expiration function.
* The instrument is explosion-proof, but cannot be disassembled or charged in hazardous locations beyond the explosion-proof level.
* When sampling, please select the appropriate sampling pump gear according to the site situation and ensure that the sampling pipe is unobstructed.
* Data storage capacity of the instrument is large, it is recommended to export data regularly to prevent overwriting.
If the instrument malfunctions, please do not continue to use it. You should contact a professional for maintenance.
* When cleaning the instrument, please use a soft damp cloth to wipe and avoid the use of corrosion chemical Reagents.
* When not in use for a long time, please turn off the instrument and store it in a drying environment.
