The detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the detection gas path by the built-in micro-sampling pump. After the gas is pretreated, it reaches the infrared NDIR Sensor at the core. Based on the principle of non-dispersed infrared, the Sensor calculates the gas concentration by measuring the Absorption intensity of sulfur hexafluoride gas to specific wavelengths of infrared light. A 32-bit ARM processor inside the instrument processes the Sensor signal, combining temperature and pressure compensation algorithms, and finally displays the exact concentration value on the screen, and triggers an alarm when the limit is exceeded.
