Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-F2-Y/1000 Portable Fluorine Detector is a Handheld Gas detection device using pump suction detection mode. The instrument applies EFM ultra-low power consumption 32-bit ARM processor, is equipped with imported High Accuracy electrochemistry fluorine gas Sensor, combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit, to ensure the detection of fast, accurate, Stability and good Repeatability. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT display, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has a built-in micro sampling pump, which is suitable for monitoring and alarming fluorine concentration in the environment or in confined spaces.

Principle
The Portable fluorine gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, which actively sucks the environment gas into the detection gas path through the built-in micro-sampling pump. The core component of the gas contact instrument is the imported electrochemistry fluorine gas Sensor, which converts the fluorine gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is amplified in two stages by a High Accuracy, Low Temperature Drift amplifier, and then processed by a stable power supply processing circuit. Finally, the system based on the EFM 32-bit ARM processor analyzes and calculates, displays the real-time concentration value of fluorine gas on the screen, and triggers an alarm when the concentration exceeds the standard.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select detection mode: Select "normal detection mode" or "patrol mode" in the menu.
3. Set the sampling pump gear: adjust the sampling pump to low, medium or high level as needed.
4. Start detection: The sampling tube is inserted into the area to be tested, and the instrument automatically samples and displays the real-time concentration.
5. Data viewing and export: You can view historical data, STEL/TWA values through the menu, or export data by connecting to a computer through the USB interface.
6. Calibration and setting: perform zero-point calibration, multi-point calibration on demand, or set alarm parameters in the self-programming menu.
7. Shutdown: After the detection is completed, press the power button to shut down.
Notice

• The instrument is designed to detect fluorine, do not use it to detect Miscellaneous unspecified gases.
• Avoid working for long periods in extreme temperatures (below -30 ° C or above 50 ° C) or high Humidity (condensation) environments.
• Regularly calibrate the Sensor to ensure detection accuracy, and the instrument will prompt that the calibration has expired.
• The sampling pump and gas circuit have automatic cleaning function, but it is recommended to maintain it according to the manual after long-term use.
• Instruments are designed to be explosion-proof, but must not be disassembled or modified in hazardous locations beyond the Explosion-proof level.
• When charging or connecting the USB data cable, please ensure that the environment is safe and away from the detection gas.
• If the instrument alarms, evacuate to a safe area immediately and identify the cause.
• Please store in a drying and cool place away from direct sunlight for a long time.
• If the instrument malfunctions, please do not repair it yourself, but contact a professional to deal with it.
