Overview
SK/MIC-800-F2-Y/10000 is a Portable fluorine gas detector of SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts imported High Accuracy Electrochemical sensor, combined with 32-bit ARM processor and professional circuit design, to achieve fast, accurate and stable detection of fluorine gas. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT screen, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, built-in micro sampling pump, Data storage, USB data transmission and other functions. The shell adopts anti-skid, waterproof, dustproof and explosion-proof design, which is suitable for fluorine concentration monitoring and alarm in various environments.

Principle
The Portable fluorine detector works based on the principle of Electrochemical sensor. The built-in miniature sampling pump sucks the environment gas into the detection gas path. The fluorine molecules in the gas react with the electrolysis liquid in the Sensor for oxidation and reduction, generating an electrical signal proportional to the fluorine concentration. After the signal is amplified by a high Accuracy, low temperature drift amplifier and a stable power supply circuit, it is analyzed by a 32-bit ARM processor. Finally, the fluorine concentration value is displayed on the screen in real time, and an alarm is triggered when the concentration exceeds the standard.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select mode: Select the normal detection mode or patrol mode through the menu.
3. Set parameters: Set alarm values, STEL, TWA and other parameters through self-programming functions as required.
4. Start detection: Place the sampling tube in the area to be tested, and the instrument automatically pumps the sampling and displays the real-time concentration.
5. Data recording: The detection data is automatically stored, and the data can be downloaded by connecting to the computer through the USB interface.
6. Gas path cleaning: After the detection is completed, the gas path can be automatically cleaned by adjusting the sampling pump gear.
7. Shutdown: Long press the power button to turn off the instrument.
Notice
* Before use, please ensure that the instrument has passed the explosion-proof certification and is used in the specified explosion-proof environment.
* Avoid long-term operation in extreme temperatures (below -30 ° C or above 50 ° C) or high Humidity (may cause condensation) environments.
* Regularly zero calibration and Sensor calibrating to ensure detection accuracy.
* Pay attention to the service life of the Sensor (about 3 years), and replace it in time when it expires or fails.
* When sampling, please select the appropriate pump suction gear according to the testing requirements.
* When the instrument fails, Sensor calibration expires or fails, the screen will prompt, please deal with it in time.
When storing data, pay attention to the setting of storage intervals to avoid premature exhaustion of storage space.
Although the instrument housing has a protective function, it should still avoid severe impact or immersion in liquids.
