Overview
SK/MIC-800-COCL2-Y/20 is a Portable phosgene detector of SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts pump-suction detection mode, applies EFM ultra-low power consumption 32-bit ARM processor, and is equipped with imported High Accuracy Electrochemical sensor, combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit to ensure fast, accurate, stable and good Repeatability of detection. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT display, which supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, which is convenient for users to use.

Principle
The Portable phosgene detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the instrument through the built-in micro-sampling pump. The gas is in contact with the built-in imported Electrochemical sensor, and the Sensor generates a corresponding electrical signal according to the phosgene concentration. After the signal is amplified by a High Accuracy, Low Temperature Drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit, it is analyzed and calculated by the EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM processor. Finally, the phosgene concentration value is displayed on the screen in real time, and an alarm is triggered when the concentration exceeds the standard.

Steps
1. Turn on and warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select the detection mode (usually detection mode or patrol mode) through the menu.
3. Adjust the pumping speed (low, medium and high) of the sampling pump through the gear to clean the gas path or detect as needed.
4. Extend the sampling tube into the area to be tested for detection, and observe the real-time concentration, STEL, TWA and other data displayed on the screen.
5. After the detection is completed, the stored data can be downloaded by connecting to the computer through the USB interface.
6. Maintain instruments regularly using self-calibration, zero or multi-point calibration functions.
Notice
* Please use within the range of Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ℃) and Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation) specified by the instrument.
* Avoid use in environments beyond the Operating Pressure Range (86~ 106kpa).
The instrument has the explosion-proof marking Exia II CT4, but it still needs to be used in the corresponding explosion-proof safety area.
* Perform Sensor calibration regularly, and pay attention to the Sensor calibration expiration or failure information prompted by the instrument.
When using different gears of the sampling pump, it is necessary to ensure that the air passage is unobstructed to achieve effective cleaning and inspection.
* When storing the instrument, it should be placed in an environment of -30~ 70 ° C.
* The instrument shell is made of anti-corrosion plastic and aluminum alloy, but it is still necessary to avoid severe impact and corrosion liquid immersion.
